For the past seven years I’ve personally led the 28 Day Challenge on set dates in January, April and October. Over the past two years I have run a feature for the challenge with Groupon. Groupon is starting to do a continuous run with some of the features and stretching out the time that they offer the deals. As you may imagine, I have had quite a few inquiries asking to start the challenge sooner rather than to wait for the January challenge.
I now run the Clean & Lean Revolution which is a year round online member only community website aimed at creating balance in how you eat, think, and move. All members may enroll in any of the challenges, at any time, including the 28 Day Clean & Lean Challenge and the additional challenges: 7 Day Preparation Week Challenge, 7 Day Meditation Challenges, 7 Day No-Carb Recharge Challenges. In between these challenges you will have a chance to reinforce the choices that are the foundation of a clean and lean lifestyle by participating in the monthly 7, 14 or 28 day challenges focusing on the five key aspects of health: emotional balance, mindful movement, effective exercise, restorative sleep, and healthy eating habits with eating challenges, like the 7 Day No-Carb Recharge and 3 Day Juice Fasts. You may also participate in any of the challenges at your own pace.
